Sarah joined TAS in September 2011 and brings with her a wealth of experience from both Department of Employment Economic Development and Innovation (DEEDI) and the Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM). Her extensive administrative experience coupled with her knowledge of the workings of the Department is a great asset to us especially with respect her knowledge of the Departmental environmental systems and processes.

Sarah has worked extensively with senior management at DERM and is experienced in the use of internal software programmes such as MERLIN (DEEDI’s tenure management database). She has extensive knowledge of the QDEX (Queensland Digital Exploration Reports Database) and the various procedures associated with processing of applications, reporting and expenditure.

In addition to her role as Administration Officer Sarah assists the tenement managers with general tenure queries.
