Glenn is a senior lawyer who commenced his career at Hunt and Hunt in Sydney, which was a top ten law firm in Australia at that time. He has in excess of 20 years experience as a lawyer in large firms, well respected medium firms, “boutique” legal practices, as well as for the Commonwealth government.

He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1989 and is also admitted to the High Court of Australia. He has appeared in a number of courts and tribunals in both NSW and Queensland (including the Court of Appeal in Sydney and Brisbane, the Full Federal Court in Melbourne, the Federal Court in Sydney, and in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in Sydney and Canberra). He has also appeared in the Land Court of Queensland and the National Native Title Tribunal in Brisbane, and in the Warden’s Court in Perth.

Glenn is experienced in mining and exploration and native title matters, compliance and regulatory/corporate advice, commercial drafting, administrative law and appeals, insurance litigation, intellectual property, occupational health and safety, hospitality and entertainment law, debt/professional fee recovery, defamation (including internet defamation) and injurious falsehood matters, “white collar” criminal litigation and disciplinary proceedings, building and construction disputes, general commercial litigation as well as appellate matters.

Clients for which he has acted have included mining and exploration companies (Australian and International), major Australian insurers, international gaming machine manufacturers, international and domestic airlines, state and federal government bodies, various Australian companies, statutory trusts, hotels, restaurants and clubs, and clients in the modelling, fashion and entertainment industry, amongst others.

Glenn is a member of AMPLA, the Queensland Law Society, the Law Institute of Victoria, and the City of Sydney Law Society.
