TAS are now able to provide clients with Native Title negotiation services!

Warren McLachlan specialises in the provision of mediation and negotiation services especially related to native title issues and is accredited as a native title practitioner by the Attorney General’s Department.

Warren was until recently the Cattlemen’s Union spokesman on native title issues and has represented parties to the Kalkadoon Native Title Claim QC99/31 and the Waluwarra Native Title Claim QC97/5 in preparation for negotiating ILUAs and land use and access agreements. He was also involved in the Simpson Desert National Park claim as a part time member of the Queensland Aboriginal Land Tribunal.

Kevin Trinder BSc(Env)MEIA of Australis Environment & Engineering Pty Ltd is a specialist in the fields of environmental management and auditing, contaminated land investigations and land use planning. He can assist TAS clients through advice and preparation of EMOS and Plans of Operations

Kevin has been heavily involved with environmental management within the minerals and energy sector and has worked with a number of major operators including Consolidated Rutile Limited, BHP Moura Coal, New Hope Coal Australia and Charters Towers Gold Mines.
